The Mini Big Band are thrilled to be back at Bibis Italian in Leeds on Sunday 9 July for a swingin’ Sunday lunch session. We had a great time playing here back in March and would love to see you there if you fancy seeing the band live.
As soon as we saw The Mini Big Band at a friends wedding we knew it was exactly what we wanted for our big day. It can be difficult to decide what to prioritise in all the planning, but we knew we wanted to focus on creating an atmosphere and the things people really remember – booking your band did not disappoint!
So many of our guests have commented on how brilliant the band was, and you set exactly the tone for the evening we’d hoped for. We loved how personal you made the performance, and having our first dance to a live swing band was so so special.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for putting on an amazing show at the surprise party for my sisters 40th, mums 60th and dads 70th birthday party on Saturday! Everyone thought you were awesome and I’ve had loads of messages since saying how much everyone enjoyed the music! You are all unbelievably talented musicians and lead locals was fabulous! This has to be one of the biggest weddings and the biggest marquee that we have ever played in! 420 guests all ready to party in a massive marquee on Jackie and Hugh’s beautiful farm. What an amazing night!
It was great to be back at the ICC in Birmingham this week where we are their recommended swing band. Fantastic venue for large corporate events.
We’re really looking forward to playing at Bibis on the 19 March. Our first time at the restaurant which has SOLD OUT 1 month in advance. We’re hoping to be adding some more dates here soon so please keep an eye on our social media if you are interested in joining us their soon.
This starts a nice run of gigs for us, where we are ready to provide the swing for some amazing weddings, corporate events and some university balls.
