It was great to start a very busy run of Christmas events this week, with Caroline and Damians winter wedding at the Beautiful Waddeson Manor.   

We had great fun this weekend playing for Georgie and Craig’s fantastic wedding, under the railway at in Deansgate, Manchester.

This area had real significance to the couple who first met right out side the venue a few years back.  What a great connection.  These guys really made the location priority and in doing so created their own bespoke venue in a very cool location.

Beautiful room and a great night!

It was an absolute pleasure this week to be asked to provide the entertainment for the press night party for Take Thats new musical, “The Band”, in Manchester.

It was great to see the Take That boys there in person as well as many other famous faces such as Lulu and Graham Norton to name a few.

A great night for a great show.  We even got chance for a quick cuppa with the boys before the show, not very talkative mind:)

Its hard to believe that this beautiful Marquee is only a temporary structure.  An ornate metal

structure with clear sides and roof made this marquee the most spectacular setting for Anna and James’ special day.

An Art Deco theme throughout which was topped off by the Mini Big Band’s fantastic vintage stage set and style.

We not only performed our usual evening show but also had a couple of Jazz duo’s set up around thee grounds, including jazz for the reception drinks and also an evening jazz duo in the cellar cocktail bar for a change of atmosphere.

We had another blast performing at Bibis Italian restaurant on Leeds this week.  We also got the chance to have a laugh with a heavy weight champion of the World, mr Tyson Fury, which doesnt happen everyday.  He loves his swing music!
