This starts a good run of gigs for The Mini Big Band, which ranges from playing in beautiful converted barns to a boat cruise down the Thames.
Fantastic gig last night for the Leeds medical students ball. They were a great crowd with a fun “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” theme. Certainly plenty of “Wonka’d” students at the end 🙂

The rhythm section provided background music during the meal and of course the full band played a well received set to wedding guests as the dancing and party times commenced.
We are in the middle of a busy wedding run at the moment and it’s been a pleasure to be part of some fantastic weddings at some great venues.
Tonight’s the opening of the Rotherham Open Arts Festival – the Mini Big Band are opening the festival in a super cool swing and jumpin jive style’y!!! Shall be a cracking gig…tickets available on the door!!
