from Victoria and Toms fantastic wedding near Scunthorpe.  This was a great marquee set up in which the stage and the dance area looked fantastic.  What a great party.

Here’s a couple of behind the scenes pictures of The Mini Big Band getting ready to swing at The Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate. This was our first time here and we’re looking forward to playing there later this month also as it has a fantastic old stage and ballroom set up that is perfect for live music and dancing.  The Mini Big Bands stage set looked absolutely fantastic in this setting. There was also an alter left in the bands dressing room which had an unusual, romantic effect on the boys in the band (See Photos).

Not a drop of tea was spilt.

Here’s a couple of photos of the Mini Big Bands stage set for Ivy-Elisa and Dans wedding at Plaish Park Farm in Shropshire. What a fantastic venue in the middle of the most amazing countryside. Perfect for some summer swing band music.

Le Mini Big Band have made our own little tour from Yorkshire down to London today (not by bike!!) to play for an event on the Thames, watching the race come to a climax in London. What a great day, shame we couldn’t bring some Yorkshire sunshine with us. — at Hqs Wellington.

Fantastic gig this weekend at an amazing venue, Longstowe Hall in Cambridge. It was so nice that I forgot to take any pictures of the band, just the scenery.

It was great to be back at Aspire in Leeds earlier this month. We’ve worked here a lot as they keep recommending us to their clients, which is great as this is one of the best venues around.
Here’s a few pics of the band getting ready. We’re trying a new look, wearing “real” white bow ties. The only problem is we haven’t fully worked out how to tie them yet.
