aving booked the Mini Big Band on recommendation I was not at all disappointed and in fact was overwhelmed by how wonderful they were.

The band members were friendly, cheerful, professional and excellent performers (they all looked good too!). The music was fabulous and the whole band should be recognised for their talents. The vocalist was a brilliant singer and performer and the sound the band made was amazing.

Everyone at my husbands party commented on the band and were all really enthusiastic about them, many asking me how I had managed to find such a fantastic band.

I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the band to my friends. Indeed our friends who came to the party are now hoping to book them for their daughters wedding. To add to that, dealing with Chris before hand when arranging the event was hassle free and easy, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Roll on my 50th when I can have them for my big party. From my first contact with Chris to the time I was reluctantly seeing The Mini Big Band leaving the event (the black tie evening of a Company & Clients Conference) I was in superb and professional hands. The whole group of technically brilliant musicians and a charismatic front man just oozed class, confidence, fun and character. Prior to the event I spoke with Chris and swapped emails. Nothing was too much trouble and he always gave reassurances around flexibility and putting me as their client first, before their own set up and staging requirements. I had complete control on the set list and timings and the band were really cool with playing 2-3 short interval sets before a longer final set. The staging dimensions were not quite as anticipated and the MBB took it all in their stride as the true professionals that they obviously are. From hearing the first notes of the evening I knew the room were in for a treat. We had themed the room to look like a smokey 1960’s music club and the band were the complete icing and cherry on top of the cake. They really helped transport all our guests to a Vegas lounge. All night they were brilliant, not a note out of place from the band or singer and I just couldn’t think of anything that they could have done better. At the end it was a shame to see them leave the stage and they left all the guests buzzing, really appreciating the show they had put on. For a premier class, professional act I cannot recommend MBB enough. For that little something extra for your event then look no further. These artists will not let you down.
