This is the second year we’ve played for the MEDSOC ball and these guys really know how to party.

We had a great night performing for the Citroen Excellence awards. They had a fantastic Circus theme with a beautifully dressed room and some great circus acts. It was a pleasure to be a part of it.
“I wanted to thank you again for the superb performance that you put on for us at our Annual Conference. Not only was the quality of the musicianship outstanding, the flexibility that you displayed really helped our evening go fantastically. Feedback has been that this was the best event that the delegates had seen in recent years and the evening entertainment (you!) scored 9.5 out of 10 on our post conference satisfaction survey! A special mention has to go the walk-up “stings” that you played for our awards evening; this was one of the highlights and I would recommend anyone else having an awards ceremony to take advantage of this enhancement.
In conclusion, thank you again, it was superb evening. We will definitely be using you again in the future and providing recommendations.

It’s been a great start to 2014 for us. Here’s a few pictures from a corporate event we did for Euler Hermes at the end of January. This was a great gig in which we launched a couple of new products, the first being our Swingaoke option. This allows the guests the chance to sing with the amazing 10 piece band and it was organised with a slight twist for this event, with only time for 3 singers a ballot/ raffle was organised for this. This created a great atmosphere in the room. We also performed some newly written “play ons” or “stings” for their awards ceremony. These worked great, helping to put a real touch if glamour to the awards ceremony. Please see our photos and testimonial from this event.
Being musicians ourselves, and having guests who are also musicians, we were keen to get someone really special for our big day. Chris and the Mini Big Band were just that. Not only was the music and atmosphere incredible, the band were also the epitome of professionalism. The dance floor was packed all night – people said it was one of the best gigs they’d ever been to! Sometimes it can be nerve racking booking someone online having not seen them perform, however don’t be nervous in booking these guys – the Mini Big Band will surpass every expectation you may have. I wouldn’t hesitate before booking them again. Fantastic – thank you so much. Sarah and Tom x
