I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for making our evening reception unforgettable! The band were just amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic, we can’t thank you enough. It was exactly what we wanted, and felt like a real party in the evening! One of my friends is a serial wedding guest, and it wouldn’t surprise me if she attended 52 weddings a year, so when she came to me to say how fabulous the band were I was so pleased! The MBB Band were absolutely wonderful, everyone is still talking about how great you were! The musicians are unbelievably talented and gave the most amazing performance, they were all so lovely and we did not even notice them setting up. They made the evening of our wedding perfect and the Jazz trio throughout the day were the finishing touch and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to you for all your help, the booking process was so easy, there was no stress involved at all. Thank you from myself and Callum and everyone who attended our wedding day 🙂

Onwards to 2016!

A Swingin’ Christmas.

Well we’ve had a great Chrismtas run which has now come to an end, although it starts again on the 29 December and into the New Year.   2015 has been a great year for us and 2016 is already set to be even busier.  Hopefully we can be playing for your event in 2016!

Here’s a selection of photos from the bands Chrismtas gigs; starting in Liverpool with the Queenies Chrismtas ball and then heading off to Lincolnshire, York, Yorkshire Dales, Basingstoke and Southses to name a few.

Christmas gigs in full swing.

Well The Mini Big Bands Christmas gigs have well and truly begun and we’re loving it.  We have a great selection of Christmas numbers and that classica big band sound really helps to get everyone one in Christmas mood.   Here’s a photos from the Queenies Charity ball held at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool and ran by celebrity Hairdresser Herbert, from Herbert of Liverpool and London. This is our second year at this event and we cant wait for next year already. What a fantastic crowd, raising money for an amazing cause.

Hi Chris and all in the MBB band,

I’ve left a review on Facebook but I just wanted to drop a more formal note to thank you for your incredible performance on Saturday night for my 30th birthday party at Birmingham Council House. It genuinely was the best night of my life and there is no doubt that you guys contributed to this massively.

The lead man was truly outstanding, judging the crowd to perfection. Swingaroke worked so well and I really appreciate the time you took to compile a wonderful second set.

The feedback we had from all of the guests was how phenomenal you were.

You were everything I hoped you would be and you actually brought a tear to my eye when I heard you sound checking because you were that good.

I would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for a swing band and really hope to see you all again soon. Please can you add me to your mailing list for any events where the public are able to purchase tickets.

Thanks again for a glorious evening. I am truly grateful and I will never forget it!
